Supports Catholic educational, charitable, and religious activities primarily in South Texas, with a smaller portion allocated to non-sectarian charities. Funded areas include education (particularly Catholic schools and universities), health and human services, and programs that help break the cycle of poverty. Both sectarian (primarily Catholic) and non-sectarian 501(c)(3) organizations operating exclusively within Texas are eligible to apply.

Exhibit D: Summary of funding data including all funding sources and amounts
Exhibit E: Detailed project/activity budget
Exhibit F: Most recent annual financial statements (audited if available)
Exhibit G: Most recent Form 990
Exhibit H: Disclosure of pending/threatened litigation or regulatory actions

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization
Must be listed in IRS Publication 78 (non-sectarian) or Official Catholic Directory (Catholic applicants)
Organization must operate exclusively within the State of Texas
Foundation does not grant money to individuals
No lobbying of individual Board members
Only one application per organization every 12 months preferred
