What you get

$50,000 Full-Year Grant (12 months) — paid quarterly
$30,000 School-Year Grant (9 months) — paid in 3 installments
$10,000 Summer Grant (2 months, July–August) — paid once after program period
Reimbursement-based payments after completed programming, report, and invoice submission

HealthierJC Partner registration
Program proposal aligned with Schedule B categories
Selection of one grant tier ($10,000, $30,000, or $50,000)
HUD income form collection from participants (for $30k and $50k tiers)
Pay-to-Play form (if organization is permitted to make political donations)

Eligibility

Must be a non-profit organization in good standing
Must serve youth who live in Jersey City
Must be a past HealthierJC grantee in good standing OR become a HealthierJC Partner prior to applying
Organizations already receiving Opioid Funding for 2026 from Jersey City are not eligible
Programs must align with at least one Schedule B category
Programs must use evidence-based strategies aligned with New Jersey state guidelines
