• Must submit a complete Title III Project Submission Form and Klamath County Title III Budget Worksheet
• Must provide an active SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
• Project must satisfy eligibility requirements for the applicable Title III category
• Emergency Services Training and Equipment applicants must document five-year historical proportion of qualifying responses on Federal land
• Supporting incident and cost documentation must accompany Emergency Services applications
• Application must be received by 5:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026
• Expenses incurred before execution of project agreement may not be eligible for reimbursement
