1. Eligibility & Account Requirements
1.1 Age Requirement Funding Findr is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
1.2 Geographic Limitation Our Services are intended for users located in the United States. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited.
1.3 Business Account Verification Business accounts may require additional verification, including business registration documentation and authorized representative confirmation.
2. Services We Provide
2.1 Discovery Tools & AI Matching Funding Findr helps users discover publicly available funding opportunities, including grants, scholarships, and accelerator programs. Our AI-powered matching system provides personalized suggestions based on your profile data.
IMPORTANT: AI matches are algorithmic suggestions based on available data and user patterns. We do not guarantee match accuracy, funding eligibility, or application success rates.
2.2 Educational Tools & Resources Our budget planning tools, templates, and educational content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
2.3 Future Service Offerings We reserve the right to introduce paid services, including but not limited to budget planning consultations, profile optimization services, grant strategy guidance, application reviews, expert consultations, and premium matching features. New services will be subject to separate terms communicated at point of purchase.
2.4 Partner Recommendations & Sponsored Content We may recommend financial services, business tools, or educational resources based on your profile. We earn referral compensation (typically 1-15% of transaction value) when you engage with recommended partners. All sponsored content is clearly labeled. This revenue model helps keep core services accessible.
3. User-Generated Content & Platform Contributions
3.1 Content License Grant By submitting content (reviews, testimonials, success stories, feedback), you grant Funding Findr a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media format, including but not limited to on-platform display, marketing materials, and paid advertising campaigns.
User-contributed or partner-contributed educational materials (e.g., templates, budget samples, strategic guidance) may be modified, reformatted, or redistributed as part of Funding Findr's evolving educational library. We will credit the original creator where required and reserve the right to adapt contributions for broader use.
3.2 Content Standards All user-generated content must be:
Truthful and accurate
Compliant with applicable laws
Free from defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful language
Original or properly attributed
3.3 Content Removal Rights We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these standards or our community guidelines.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
4.1 Prohibited Activities Users may not:
Scrape, download in bulk, or redistribute platform data
Use automated tools to access or extract information beyond everyday user interface interaction (40-50 grants viewed per day)
Share account credentials or create multiple accounts
Submit false information or impersonate others
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise platform security
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4.2 Data Protection & Fair Use: Individual use for personal grant applications is permitted. Commercial redistribution, resale, or bulk distribution of platform data is strictly prohibited without written consent.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations
5.1 No Funding Guarantees Funding Findr does not and cannot guarantee that any user will:
Receive funding from any source
Be accepted into any program
Experience specific outcomes
Qualify for any opportunity
Success stories and testimonials reflect individual outcomes and are not indicative of typical results. Funding Findr makes no claim that any percentage of users achieve funding success, and no user should rely on such examples as guarantees.
5.2 Educational Purpose Only ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Funding Findr does not provide legal, accounting, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for their funding decisions and application outcomes.

Users should independently verify all opportunity details before applying. Funding Findr is committed to minimizing algorithmic bias. Our AI systems are routinely reviewed and updated to ensure equitable access and fair representation across user demographics, though we acknowledge that all systems have limitations.
5.5 No Obligation to Opportunities Funding Findr serves as a discovery platform only. We are not a party to any funding applications, agreements, or relationships between users and funding providers. We do not guarantee opportunity availability, accuracy, or continued existence.
6. Financial Terms & Marketplace Operations
6.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes
Payment authorization constitutes acceptance of the service terms
6.2 Refund Policy: Payments are generally final upon service delivery. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
11.1 LIABILITY LIMITATION TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDING FINDR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY USER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THAT USER FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11.2 CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WAIVER FUNDING FINDR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR FUNDING APPLICATION FAILURES.
11.3 Force Majeure Funding Findr shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
11.4 User Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funding Findr from claims arising from:
User violation of these Terms
User-generated content or submissions
User misuse of platform services or data
User violation of third-party rights
12. Service Availability & Modifications
12.1 Service Availability We strive to maintain platform availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.
