We do not sell your personal identity (name, email, etc.) without your explicit consent.
We may share de-identified business profile information with pre-approved partners (e.g., financial institutions, grant platforms, credit unions) to help them better serve the entrepreneurial community. These relationships may be monetized through affiliate fees or referral partnerships.

All AI training uses de-identified and/or aggregated data unless you opt in to participate in advanced personalization.

4.2 With Grant Writers, Reviewers, and Vendors
If you book a service through our platform, we may share your relevant business information with professionals you engage with.

4.4 In a Business Transfer

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
5.2 Data Deletion

You may opt out of B2B data sharing or personalized ads via the same email address.

While your account is active, and
For up to 24 months after account inactivity for product improvement, business intelligence, and legal compliance and
Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for business intelligence purposes
7. International Users
While we primarily serve U.S.-based businesses, users outside the U.S. may have additional privacy rights (e.g., GDPR). We do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with enhanced data protections. 8. Security Practices
We use industry-standard encryption, role-based access, and continuous monitoring to protect your data. While no system is infallible, we regularly audit and upgrade our security protocols.
