Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) organization
Must be a volunteer organization operating a youth sports program
Program must be open to the public with no exclusionary qualifications for participants
Facility must be located in Orange County (County-owned properties are not eligible)
Organization must not be subject to a maintenance agreement with a municipality
Maximum of one application per organization per submission period
Funds must be used for capital improvement projects (CIP)
