Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit organization
Must be actively involved in actual and ongoing repair and reconstruction projects in North Carolina
Projects must be within counties covered by the Tropical Storm Helene Federal Disaster Declaration
Work must be for housing repair and reconstruction
