Eligibility

Must meet Local Project Sponsor eligibility requirements in the SRWQI Guidelines
Applicant must be an entity capable of entering into a legal subaward agreement with the State of North Dakota
Must have an authorized person (e.g., Board Chair, Mayor, Director) to sign subaward agreement
Project boundary must be based on logical planning units such as watershed boundaries or community service areas
Must describe qualifying criteria for individual septic systems consistent with SRWQI Guidelines
