About this grant
Provides funding for target hardening and other physical security enhancements to nonprofit organizations identified as being at high risk of a terrorist attack. Eligible organizations include houses of worship, secular medical or educational institutions, and other nonprofits. Applications in the U.S. Virgin Islands must be submitted through VITEMA, which serves as the State Administrative Agency and compiles a final package for FEMA.
