Grant for Peer Respite Technical Assistance and Evaluation Contractors

This RFP seeks a Technical Assistance and Evaluation Contractor to support the implementation and evaluation of California's Peer Respite Pilot Projects. The selected contractor will provide targeted technical assistance to Phase 1 and Phase 2 grantees, support model fidelity to the Intentional Peer Support framework, convene a statewide learning collaborative, and conduct formative and summative evaluations. The work is part of a broader $20 million statewide investment to expand community-based peer respite programs as an alternative to hospitalization.
