About this grant

Seeks qualified organizations to operate evidence-based wellness, health-promotion, and caregiver-education programs for older adults across a 17-county service area in Georgia. Programs include BingoCize, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, and the RCI Dealing with Dementia caregiver education program. Providers may propose services in individual counties, combinations of counties, or the entire region.
