About this grant
Supports local United Methodist churches in developing community-based service projects and ministries focused on migrants and refugees, including asylum seekers, internally displaced persons, trafficked persons, stateless persons, and economic and environmental migrants. Projects must be congregation-based, completed within six months, and directly engage the congregation in implementation. The program aims to nurture deeper understanding and care for vulnerable community members while encouraging long-term engagement and awareness of systemic injustices in immigration policy.
