Grant for Nonprofits Serving Homeless and At-Risk Veteran Families

Provides grants to private nonprofit organizations and consumer cooperatives to deliver supportive services to very low-income Veteran families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or transitioning to permanent housing. Grantees offer case management, outreach, linkages to VA and public benefits, and temporary financial assistance to help Veterans and their families secure and maintain stable permanent housing. The program emphasizes rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
