Grant for Nonprofits Serving Homeless and At-Risk Veteran Families

Provides supportive services grants to private non-profit organizations and consumer cooperatives that coordinate or deliver housing-first services to very low-income Veteran families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or transitioning to permanent housing. The program emphasizes rapid re-housing, homelessness prevention, and permanent housing placement. Priority is given to organizations serving tribal and rural communities, U.S. territories, and existing accredited grantees.
