About this grant
Provides competitive funding to licensed behavioral health organizations, substance use treatment facilities, and recovery support networks to integrate structured transportation access for individuals in recovery from substance use and opioid use disorders. Funding supports two tracks: logistical transportation services to remove geographic barriers to treatment, and contingency management-based transportation incentives tied to measurable recovery behaviors. Programs must serve clients in active SUD/OUD recovery across the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
