Eligibility

U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
Fiscally sponsored organizations operating under an eligible fiscal sponsor
Non-501(c)(3) organizations applying in partnership with a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit or through an approved fiscal sponsor
Must include an active partnership with at least one employer, labor union, industry association, or industry partner
Must demonstrate ability to collaborate with employers to improve job quality and create sustainable career pathways
