Grant for Small Rural Healthcare Providers

This program strengthens quality improvement culture in small rural healthcare facilities by building capacity to collect and use clinical data while implementing evidence-based approaches to improve chronic disease outcomes. It also enhances billing and coding staff skills in coordination with front-line clinical staff.
