Eligibility

Lead applicant must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or governmental entity
Must be located in and serving a rural or semi-rural county on the target area map in the Grant Program Announcement
Grant funds must address key rural healthcare workforce challenges identified in the application
Eligible applicants may apply for a minimum of $500,000 up to a maximum of $10 million across four years
Lead applicants and subgrantees must comply with federal statutes, regulations, executive orders, and requirements as specified in the GPA
Lead applicants must complete a Pre-Award Risk Assessment and Due Diligence Checklist
