About this grant

Funds nonprofit organizations and clinics to expand access to free or low-cost contraceptive methods, person-centered contraceptive care, and reproductive health education for uninsured, underinsured, and other priority populations. Eligible uses include purchasing contraceptive supplies, covering office visit costs, training providers, supporting health educators, and conducting outreach to communities facing barriers to care. The program prioritizes serving individuals in rural communities, adolescents, immigrants, refugees, and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals.

What you get

Grant award up to $50,000 for a 12-month period
Funds for purchase and stocking of contraceptive methods
Funds for contraceptive-related office visits and provider time
Funds for health educator staff supporting reproductive and sexual health education
Funds for provider training on contraceptive care including LARC insertions/removals and vasectomy care
Funds for outreach to populations with barriers to contraceptive care

Proposal title (up to 7 words, no organization name)
Budget overview with narrative (up to 200 words per budget line)
At least one measurable objective (up to three)
Narrative questions describing contraceptive care services and patient payer mix
Demographic data for organization and communities served
Year-to-date financial statements (Balance Sheet and Statement of Activities)
Supplemental financials (audited financials, 990/990EZ, or internal statement) for requests over $25,000

Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit organization (fiscal sponsors permitted)
Must provide contraceptive care services to uninsured, underinsured, or patients seeking confidential services
Must have an approved anti-discrimination policy
Proposal start date must be July 1, 2026
Grant term up to 12 months
Requests exceeding $25,000 require submission of audited financials, 990/990EZ, or internal financial statements
