About this grant

A reimbursement-based competitive grant program that funds physical and cybersecurity improvements for nonprofit organizations at high risk of terrorist or extremist attacks. Eligible projects include security cameras, lighting, access controls, blast-resistant doors and windows, and cybersecurity enhancements. Funds are administered by DEMA as the State Administrative Agency on behalf of FEMA.

Must be located within the State of Delaware
Must demonstrate through the application that the organization is at high risk of a terrorist or other extremist attack
