What you get

Hoʻoulu Grants: $7,500–$15,000 for projects involving multiple partners or recurring activities
Kūkulu Grants: $15,000–$30,000 for larger collaborative efforts with broader community impact
Grant agreement with HSRHA outlining approved project, budget, and funding period
Support from HSRHA for evaluation framework and participant registration process

Eligibility

Must serve rural Hawaiʻi communities (Hawaiʻi County, Maui County, Kauaʻi County, or designated rural areas of Oʻahu)
Projects must primarily benefit rural communities in Hawaiʻi
Individuals may apply but must partner with a fiscal sponsor if selected for funding
Clinics, healthcare practices, community groups, and collaborative partnerships are eligible
Funds may not be used for food, beverages, catering, gift cards, prizes, cash incentives, lobbying, political activities, fundraising, or pre-award expenses
