About this grant

Funds regional collaborations hosted by 501(c)(3) organizations or tribal entities to build belonging, civic health, and wellbeing across Washington state. Recipients will foster community connections, host civic gatherings, amplify community-led narratives, and co-create a statewide agenda for policies and practices that advance wellbeing. One regional collaboration per region will be selected across 9 regions statewide.

What you get

Up to $40,000 in grant funding per regional collaboration
In-kind technical assistance and support from WAWI
Participation in a national, state, and regional WAWI partner learning network
Invitation to a statewide summit

How to apply

Short interest survey (due October 23, 2026)
Full application (due December 4, 2026)
Attendance at informational webinar

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) organization or tribal entity
Must serve as a lead organization for a regional collaboration
Must be located in or serve one of the 9 regions of Washington state
Must complete a short interest survey by October 23, 2026
Must attend an informational webinar after expressing interest
