Grant for Perinatal Health Hub Organizations

Provides grants to organizations to expand community-based perinatal health hubs across Virginia that offer wraparound supports and services to pregnant and postpartum women and their infants. Funded hubs must provide multiple services for families, care for the mother-baby dyad through at least one year postpartum, and focus on reducing maternal and infant morbidities and mortalities. The program aims to reduce maternal and infant mortality and morbidity in the Commonwealth.
