Eligibility

Must be a private nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status OR a public institution (public school or government agency)
Applicant must be located in Mason County, WV or program must serve Mason County residents
Individuals are not eligible
Operating support applicants must have minimum 5 years continuous operation
Organizations receiving a grant in any cycle are ineligible for funding in the immediate next cycle (unless board-approved)
Only one application per grant cycle (exceptions for multi-site organizations with separate governance structures)
Requests over $10,000 require prior Foundation approval
Public school projects must be Board of Education approved and signed by school Principal
