About this grant

Supports creative and innovative approaches to digital equity and inclusion projects in New York State, including programs that improve digital literacy, device access, broadband adoption, and online skills. Awards fund novel or expanded initiatives that serve New York residents across education, economic well-being, health, civic engagement, and access to government services. Projects must demonstrate community-informed design and potential for replication or expansion.

How to apply

Submission through New York State Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Portal
Project budget narrative identifying matching equity contribution sources
Three years of audited financial statements or comparable documentation
IRS Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax)
Letters of support from local, county, or Tribal governments and/or other entities
ConnectALL-provided application templates (no alternative formats accepted)
Description of partnership roles and fund apportionment if applying as a Partnership
$250 administration fee due upon executing the Incentive Proposal

Eligibility

Must be a non-governmental nonprofit entity registered with the Charities Bureau or a Tribal Non-Governmental Entity with at least 3 years in operation in New York State
Must be a community foundation, corporation, institution, organization, or association that is a not-for-profit entity; a Community Anchor Institution; a Partnership; or a federally/State recognized Tribal Government in New York
Must have a minimum of three years experience serving people in the State of New York through comparable or related work
Must contribute a matching equity contribution of at least 10% of total project cost in cash (waiver available upon request)
Must provide three years of audited financial statements or comparable documentation
Must submit the latest IRS Form 990
Must identify all Partners and their roles if applying as a Partnership
Must use ConnectALL-provided application templates
