About this grant

Supports charitable nonprofit organizations and fiscally sponsored projects with a multi-year track record of preparing job candidates for careers in cybersecurity, application development and management, and IT operations. Participation in a One-on-One Application Coaching Session
Organization capabilities narrative (1,500 words max)
Hire-Ready History & Prior Results Infographic (1-2 pages)
Organizational chart including Board of Directors and staff
Service-gap narrative (1,500 words max)
Program/project model narrative (2,000 words max)
Line-item budget and budget narrative
Implementation plan (1-3 pages)

Eligibility

Must be a charitable nonprofit with active 501(c)(3) status or under fiscal sponsorship
Fiscally sponsored applicants must have at least a 6-month fiscal sponsorship relationship
Must have a multi-year track record of preparing quality job candidates in cybersecurity, application development & management, and/or IT operations
Must attend at least one virtual Impact Grant Information Session
Must participate in a One-on-One Application Coaching Session by or before November 11, 2026
Efforts must be located in or serve Central and Northern New Mexico (Socorro, Valencia, Bernalillo, Sandoval, Santa Fe, and Los Alamos counties)
Previous Impact Grant awardees must be in good standing with the Foundation
