About this grant

Provides financial support to nonprofit organizations and school booster clubs to improve local sports facilities and purchase equipment that enhances sports programs. Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or have a fiscal sponsor or parent organization
School booster clubs and CVUSD-affiliated organizations are eligible with additional requirements
Funded activities must take place within the boundaries of the City of Thousand Oaks
Activities must benefit a cross-section of Thousand Oaks residents
Dollar-for-dollar (100%) matching funds required from another source
Matching funding sources must be verifiable and identified in the application
Physical improvements on property not owned or legally controlled by applicant require property-owner authorization
Adult supervision required for activities involving minors
