About this grant

Supports projects that operationalize the America First Global Health Strategy by complementing, extending, or filling gaps in bilateral Memoranda of Understanding with partner governments. Projects should save lives, strengthen health systems, enhance efficiency, foster self-reliance, and ensure U.S. investments benefit American safety and prosperity. Awards are made through a two-phase process beginning with a Statement of Interest (SOI) concept note.

Potential for continuation grants beyond initial budget period on a non-competitive basis

Table Listing of Critical Details (cover page): project title, organization name, Addendum, target country, federal share requested, cost share, project length
Issue/Challenge/Opportunity description
Proposed Solution/Activities with anticipated outcomes and results
List of Partner Roles and Responsibilities (if applicable)
Resource Contributions and/or Cost Share description (if applicable)
Up to 4 annexes of no more than 1 page each (optional)
Full application (Phase 2) required only for selected SOIs, including UEI and active SAM.gov registration

Eligibility

U.S. and foreign private for-profit enterprises are eligible
U.S. and foreign public and private institutions of higher education are eligible
U.S. and foreign organizations, including faith-based organizations, are eligible
Public International Organizations (PIOs) and governmental institutions are eligible
Applicants must not be listed on the Excluded Parties List System in SAM.gov
Applicants must not have a current debt to the U.S. government
All organizations must have a UEI and active SAM.gov registration before submitting a full application in Phase 2
SOIs must be submitted in response to a specific Addendum; general concept submissions will not be considered
