Grant for Community Health Nonprofits in Worcester County

Supports community organizations in Worcester County, Maryland to develop ADA-compliant community gardens and/or host the Eating Smart. Being Active nutrition education program. Recipients may apply for funding to plant and maintain accessible raised-bed gardens providing produce to the community, or to host weekly healthy eating and physical activity sessions in collaboration with the Health Department.
