Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit organization recognized as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) or have fiscal sponsorship under 501(c)(3)
Must be headquartered in Essex County or have a physical presence in the Merrimack Valley
Proposal must be submitted as a collaborative project with at least one other partner
Organizations must not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, or disability
Grants not awarded to individuals, state or local government agencies, or public schools
Grants not awarded for political purposes, debt reduction, or academic research
