Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
Must be based in and/or providing services to one or more of the following Colorado counties: Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Jefferson, Larimer, Weld
Mental health organizations must have operating budgets under $1M for priority consideration
Affordable housing organizations must have operating budgets under $3M for priority consideration
Organizations that have received grant funding for three consecutive years must take a one-year break before reapplying
