Supports established Expanded Learning Opportunity (ELO) programs committed to innovation, sustainability, and youth-centered learning in Nebraska. Recipients choose between a Literacy Pathway or Workforce Exploration Pathway and join a statewide learning community focused on improving literacy outcomes and expanding career possibilities for youth. In addition to funding, recipients receive coaching, technical assistance, peer networking, and professional development.
