About this grant

Funds community-based organizations to address, interrupt, and prevent community violence impacting youth ages 16-24 who are at imminent risk of physical harm or gun violence. Supported activities include street-level outreach with credible messengers, crisis mediation, trauma-informed health support, substance use services, life coaching, and crisis relocation. Projects must be currently operational at the time of application.
