About this grant

A capacity-building grant supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-led grassroots organizations in the US Southeast that center power building through organizing, base building, and collective action. Recipients gain access to a peer power-building cohort with networking and skills-building opportunities, as well as an organizational wellness stipend. Priority is given to new or emergent organizations with budgets under $300,000 that have not previously received a QMF grant.

Completed online application form (available in English and Spanish)
Indication of interest in engaging in power-building cohort offerings

Eligibility

Must be located in and doing work in the US Southeast (AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV)
Must be LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC-led
Must have an organizational budget under $300,000
Must have 501(c)(3) status, a fiscal sponsor, or no legal designation
Must center building power through organizing, base building, and collective action
Must be a first-time QMF grantee OR a previous grantee who has submitted their most recent QMF final report
Must be willing to participate in QMF's power-building cohort (required for funding)
Must not be a for-profit business or a project not led by LGBTQ+ communities
