About this grant

Provides funding, tools, training, and support to community-based organizations serving older adults to advance mental well-being and reduce social isolation and loneliness. Selected organizations implement the Linking Lives: A Journey to Wellness workshop program and Mental Health First Aid instructor training in their communities. The program runs from August 2026 through July 2027.

Eligibility

Must be a community-based organization serving older adults (55+)
Must serve populations in Texas, Florida, Louisville KY, or New Orleans LA
Must serve older adults from diverse populations
Must be interested in developing or enhancing behavioral health programming that strengthens social connections
Must have access to a facility where workshops can be hosted
