About this grant

Supports nonprofit organizations developing, testing, or extending innovative approaches that improve service delivery to vulnerable and underserved older adults. Projects should introduce new or more effective methods that can ultimately displace prevailing approaches to addressing challenges faced by older adults. Funding is directed toward projects with an implementation phase, not solely planning activities.

Eligibility

Organization or program must align with the Foundation's mission to support underserved older adults in Philadelphia County
Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity, fiscally sponsored organization, supporting organization, or other 501(c) organization
Programs must serve older adults residing in Philadelphia County
Organizations based outside Philadelphia County must restrict grant use to Philadelphia County-based programs
Project must include an implementation phase within the grant cycle (not solely planning)
No operating budget limit for innovative project funding
Government entities, colleges/universities, and hospitals/health systems are eligible only as non-lead applicants partnering with an eligible nonprofit lead applicant
