Grant for Community-Based Perinatal Service Organizations

This competitive grant program funds community-based perinatal professionals and organizations to increase access to culturally specific and culturally competent services during the perinatal period. Supported activities include training and education for doulas and community health workers, outreach and recruitment of new perinatal providers, capacity building for culturally specific organizations, and technical assistance for Medicaid billing. Eligible applicants include culturally-specific organizations, nonprofits, and small businesses with demonstrated capacity to support perinatal services.
