• Step 1: Eligibility Assessment (short form, allow 2-3 business days for review)
• Step 2: Full application via Neighborly platform (if approved in Step 1)
• Written responses to application questions
• Detailed program budget (required; proposals without a budget will not be reviewed)

• Applicant organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit entities
• Projects must support economic development by increasing employment, expanding business opportunities, and/or improving property conditions
• Projects must demonstrate an impact on environmental resilience
• The organization must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State
• The majority of project beneficiaries must be based in Raleigh
• Projects must be pilot initiatives testing new strategies or locations the organization has not previously served
• Funds are not intended for general operations
• Impact Partner Grant winners may not win a grant two years in a row
