This prize is for individuals in the United States who demonstrate integrity, leadership, and a commitment to advancing the greater good in fields such as the arts, education, environment, law, medicine, nutrition, social justice, and social reform. The prize is intended for tenacious leaders whose work addresses inequity or drives positive change, but who have not yet received significant financial recognition. Applicants must be individuals (not organizations), and nominations are accepted until March 31, 2026.
Eligibility requirements
Individual applicants only (not organizations)
Work must be primarily focused in the United States
Must be a leader with integrity and service to community
Should not have significant philanthropic sources or be a seasoned fundraiser
Work must advance the greater good by addressing inequity or driving positive change
Must demonstrate strong character and substantial progress in their field
Not a lifetime achievement award; for those still growing their impact
