About this opportunity
This foundation provides grants to nonprofits addressing biodiversity, conservation and environment, early childhood education, health, and empowering families and individuals. Grants support capital campaigns, program expansion, capacity-building, and special projects. Applications are accepted three times a year, and only one request per organization is allowed every 24 months.
Eligibility requirements
Must be a federally tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization with non-private foundation status or an equivalent government entity under section 170 (c)(1)
Must be located in the United States where Cox Enterprises or its subsidiaries operate
Organizations outside metro Atlanta must have a letter of endorsement from a regional Cox manager or leader
Must have an existing, meaningful relationship with a Cox business in their location
Only one request per organization every 24 months
Organizations or programs that discriminate based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, national or ethnic origin, or physical disability are not eligible
