Child Care Facilities Improvement Program - Phase 2 Grant for Nonprofits

- Grants up to $20,000 for New Jersey child care providers - For both non-profit and for-profit organizations - Funding helps improve early childhood learning facilities - Money can be used for health, safety, and accessibility upgrades - Can also be used to create high-quality learning environments - Examples: smoke detectors, child-proofing, safety barriers, new furniture, appliances, classroom materials, and playground equipment - Applicants must complete required registrations before applying - Only New Jersey Registered Family Child Care homes (FCCs) are eligible - See full list of eligible expenses at the provided NJEDA link

• Open to both non-profit and for-profit child care providers
• Must complete required registrations before applying

• Provide proof of registration as a Family Child Care home

• May need to submit documentation for proposed expenses
